The Midcounties Co-operative ![]()
KEMP is delighted that the Midcounties Co-operative have decided to support the Hospice throughout 2009 and 2010. Over the two years, the Midcounties Co-operative will be raising funds for Eleven Hospices including KEMP, and Help the Hospices.
The Co-operative will be holding collections at the tills, taking part in sponsored walks, skydiving, and taking part in Hospice events to raise funds for the partnership.
Kate Wilkinson, KEMP Hospice Fundraiser says: "We are absoluteley thrilled that the Midcounties Co-operative have chosen to support KEMP Hospice. Their help means so much, not just in terms of fundraising, but through volunteering at the Hospice and offering mentoring and support".
One of the highlights of the partnership so far has been the support from the Midcounties Co-operative convenience store staff at the KEMP Santa Fun Run, where 50 members of staff donned Santa outfits for the day to run 10K to raise funds for the Hospice.
Look out for the Midcounties Co-operative sponsored walk which will take place on Saturday 5th June 2010, starting at KEMP Hospice, and finishing at Compton Hospice.
The Worcestershire Ambassadors 
The Worcestershire Ambassadors have chosen to support KEMP Hospice during 2009 & 2010. The Worcestershire Ambassadors is a group of influential individuals who care passionately about the future health and prosperity of the county.
The Group supports KEMP through it's Golf Day during the summer months and with their Ball in September. During 2009 the Ambassadors raised a fantastic £9,000 for the Hospice.
Cook's Garden Centre ![]()
We are delighted to be supported by Cook's Garden Centre. Each year the Garden Centre throws open the doors to its Wholesale Nursery in Stourport. The very popular events see Gardener's travel from far and wide to pick up fantastic bargains for their gardens.
During 2009 the wholesale plant sale days raised £1500 for KEMP Hospice, and other charities were also supported.
Webb's Garden Centre 
Webb's Garden Centre are supporting KEMP Hospice during 2010, with a 'Donate don't Dump' day on 29th April at their Hagley Garden Cente. The items donated by customers and staff will be sold at KEMP Hospice shops.
We were delighted to receive 1000 Webb's Calendars during 2009, which were available at the Hospice and within the shops.
