We have two types of Collecting Box that you can fill with loose change.

If you are a company wanting to support KEMP Hospice then why not place a box in the staff kitchen for donations each time people make a drink, or place a box in the customer area for instance by the tills or your customer service desk.

Alternatively, if you want to collect money at home you can have a house box for all the spare small change you find around the house.

Collecting money in this way is a surprisingly lucrative and very easy way to fundraise and the more boxes we are able to place the more pennies we can collect.

If you already have a collecting box, why not spread the word and suggest it to others so they can support their local Hospice too.

Recycling

Until recently we were working with Aurom in order to raise valuable funds for KEMP Hospice by recycling unwanted mobile phones.

RecyclingA donation of 10 phones could pay for a physiotherapy session or two sessions of complementary therapy.

Although we now need to source a new company to provide this service we would still like you to donate your old phones to us. So please check your drawers and cupboards and make a difference to someone’s life.

Simply pop your mobile phone (removing the SIM card first) into the collecting box situated in our reception area.

Why not ask your workplace or business to help. If a large number of phones are collected simply give our fundraising team a call on 01562 861217 and we will arrange for a volunteer to collect them from your place of work.
