Why making or changing a Will is important

• For the sake of the security of your family.
• To ensure your wishes and intentions are clearly understood.
• Without a Will, perhaps without any surviving relatives, everything you leave will pass to the state.
• It doesn’t matter if you are rich or not, the importance is to ensure your hard earned money goes to the people you want it to go to.
• With property prices at an all-time high, many families have an estate worth in excess of the current inheritance tax threshold.

When to change your Will

• Buying a property
• Marriage, divorce or separation
• Death of a parent, spouse, relative or friend
• Birth of a child
• Inheritance, sale or unexpected wealth
• Change in personal circumstances
