As a key member of our Senior Management Team you will help us deliver progressive organisational change, building capability, engaging and getting the best from our staff and volunteers and promoting a genuinely diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have:

  • Experience of operating as the standalone or as a senior HR professional within a complex organisation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence across all levels of an organisation
  • Up to date knowledge of current employment law and its impact on organisational policies and procedures
