KEMP Hospice Retail (Coventry Street) Assistant Manager

KEMP Hospice Retail has an exciting vacancy for the role of an Assistant Manager at Coventry Street in Kidderminster.

The role will require you to work 22.5 hours over 3 days to include Saturdays.

You must be flexible as the role may require you to work at any KEMP Hospice Retail location.

The key functions of the role are:

  • Maximising income & profit from the sale of donated goods, Christmas cards and Gift Aid.
  • Supporting, training & developing volunteers & staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that shops represent KEMP Hospice in a positive manner.
  • In the absence of a manager, managing shops in line with KEMP values, policies & procedures.
  • Working with the Warehouse team by processing donated stock & fulfilling shop orders.
