An occupational therapist is available to help you with any activities of daily living. They will visit you at home and assess your needs as required. They will advise you on any equipment and adaptations you may need at home to maintain your independence and lifestyle.
They also run regular relaxation and stress management courses in conjunction with a member of the complementary therapy team.
