Your regular donation means that we can provide free specilaist care to those living wife life-threatening illnesses. Our latest service ‘KEMP Hospice at Home’ provides specilalist 24/7 care in patients own homes enabling them to stay in their own homes during their last few weeks or days of life.
By helping us you will make a huge difference to patients, families and carers. They will receive support from the family support team, which includes guidance and support from the Citizens Advice Bureau and bereavement team, chaplaincy and advice from our medical team.
