KEMP Hospice is committed to providing care and support for people in the Wyre Forest and Tenbury Wells areas, to enable them to stay in their own homes if that is their wish, at the end of their lives.
The service offered by the hospice will compliment the care provided by local District Nursing teams.
Who are the KEMP Hospice at Home carers
They are experienced Support Workers, employed by KEMP, to care for you in your own home. They wear uniforms and badges, enabling you to identify them. The team is led by a qualified Nurse based at the Hospice and the service is designed to meet your needs and support your family or carer.
The Support Workers provide care both during the day and at night. The service is designed to support you during the last few weeks of life, enabling you to stay at home, rather than going into hospital, wherever practical.
