Sharing Your Story Frequently Asked Questions
We know that to many people, a hospice can be seen as a scary place, but KEMP Hospice couldn’t be further from that. We often hear our patients tell us how much fun they have at KEMP, how visiting Day Hospice is a highlight of their week as they can socialise with their friends and get away from their worries, even if it’s just for a short while.
By sharing your story, you can help people to understand the impact accessing KEMP Services has had for you, whether as a patient, bereavement support client or the family of someone who has used our services.
Reading those first hand experiences could encourage someone who is in need of our support to refer to KEMP Hospice for our services.
Your story could be shared in a number of ways including:
- On our website
- As part of a fundraising campaign
- On our social media pages
- Digital campaigns such as email
- Print media such as leaflets and posters
We will always discuss this with you prior to sharing your story, and we will never share anything publicly until you have given your approval.
Once we receive your details, a member of our Communications Team will be in touch to discuss further. We will aim to contact you via email in the first instance, then arrange a preferred contact method for us to discuss with you further.
