To help us offer this special shopping experience, we need a team of volunteers who can help welcome and serve customers, sort and replenish stock and complete other general tasks as we raise vital funds for KEMP Hospice.

If you’re interested in volunteering at The Boutique by KEMP Hospice, send us your details in the below form and a member of our team will get back to you:

Section 3 – References

Some volunteers may be asked to provide two references, particularly for roles which work directly with our patients. More information will be provided once your application has been received.

Section 4 – Criminal Record Declaration

KEMP Hospice provides services for vulnerable adults and children. To ensure the safety of our patients and service users, most of our voluntary roles require a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service formerly CRB) check. Roles involving work with children or vulnerable adults are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Therefore, you are required to disclose all convictions, including those that are ‘spent.’ For roles not involving work with children or adults, you are only required to declare ‘unspent’ convictions. A criminal record will not necessarily prevent you from obtaining a position, and any information disclosed will be handled in strict confidence.
