Family Support Team Administrator

20 hours per week, Monday- Friday, ideally 4 x 5 hour sessions.

Salary £15,000 pro rata.

This post is to provide secretarial and administrative support to members of the Family Support Team (FST). The postholder will be expected to contribute to the efficient and effective running of all the bereavement services and to answer calls to the Bereavement Helpline taking messages, signposting or taking referrals.

Excellent communication skills will be needed and an ability to cope with potentially very distressed people on the phone. In addition to secretarial and I.T.skills, knowledge of website management would be helpful. Post subject to DBS disclosure.
