Christmas Tree Collection & Recycling!
We’re here to help with the big Christmas clean up as our Christmas Tree Collection and Recycling returns on Friday 10th and Saturday 11th January 2025!
What is Christmas Tree Collection & Recycling?
The smell of the pine needles, the lovely lights and the beautiful baubles, a real Christmas tree can be a serious showstopper for your Christmas celebrations each year. But what do you do when it’s time to take down the tree and clear away after Christmas?
That’s where we can help. We’ll have a team of volunteers waiting in the wings to come and collect your real Christmas tree and take it away for recycling. To have your tree collected is simple:
Use our handy online postcode checker to see if we’re collecting in your area.
If we are collecting your area, register your tree with a donation to KEMP Hospice.
The night before we are due to collect your tree, please remove all decorations and any stands on the tree, and leave it outside your property.
Could you volunteer and support our Christmas Tree Collections?
Our Christmas Tree collection is one of the most important events in our calendar and each year and helps to raise thousands of pounds to support KEMP Hospice. The event is only possible thanks to the amazing teams of volunteers who give up their time to support us.
Could you help us collect and recycle real Christmas trees in 2025?
Do you have a van you could drive around the Wyre Forest to collect the trees? Do you know someone with a van who you could team up with? Are you a tree surgeon who could chip the trees once collected? The more volunteers we have, the more postcodes we can collect from, meaning we can raise even more funds for KEMP Hospice.
We just need you to commit to a few hours on Friday 10th and/or Saturday 11th January 2025. If you think you might be able to help, or would like more information about volunteering, please contact our fundraising team via email or by calling 01562 756066
