Thank you to everyone who attended/supported our 2025 Santa Fun Run!
KEMP’S SANTA FUN RUN 2025!
Over 300 festive runners filled the streets of Kidderminster on Sunday 7th December! Our biggest event of the year made its return — and this time, we started the fun at Wolverley Memorial Hall!
The KEMP Santa Fun Run 2025 brought festive cheer to a brand-new venue and united the community for a joyful day of fundraising. A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make this year’s event such a memorable success!
It was wonderful to see the sea of Santas running around Wolverley and Kidderminster, helping us spread Christmas cheer while raising funds to support patients, families and carers who are living with life-limiting illness and bereavement across the Wyre Forest.
SANTA FUN RUN 2025
A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our timed 10k route, the 5k run, or the 1k Kids Santa Dash. The atmosphere was fantastic and we are so grateful to everyone who supported the event, whether fundraising or volunteering, you helped to make the day happen!
Huge thank you to our event sponsors, Talbots Law and Gaunts the Family Funeral Directors, for helping to make the event possible.
Thank you Dicky Dodd for being our fantastic host providing merrily festive tunes and compering the event from his fabulous soundstage. We were thrilled to have Bewdley Bootcamp returning, who brought the high-energy warm-up to all the runners – Thank you for your support.
Thank you to Wolverley Memorial Hall for providing a large indoor space that was perfect for our stalls, including KEMP Retail and a craft stall for kids. The café created the perfect space to gather and purchase hot drinks and refreshments before and after the run.

You can choose a registration ticket with or without a Santa Suit.
If you choose no suit, feel free to wear your own festive fancy dress! You can visit our Coventry Street Shop in Kidderminster from 24th November for Christmas jumpers!
If you have paid for one, you can collect your Santa suit on the event day from Wolverley Memorial Hall.
We encourage each adult participant to raise £50 or more and children to raise what they can, but every penny truly counts!
Set up a JustGiving page and share it with friends and family!
We understand that asking for sponsorship isn’t something everyone feels comfortable with. To help make things easier this year, we’ve introduced a Supporter Ticket. It’s slightly more expensive than a standard entry, but it removes any expectation to fundraise – allowing you to simply enjoy taking part while still supporting KEMP Hospice.
- Music and entertainment hosted by Dicky Dodd
- High-Energy warmups from Bewdley Bootcamp

Please take the child directly to the Memorial Hall or to a marshal along the route who can contact the Lead Marshal (Ian Carr).
All staff and volunteers must report to the rendezvous point on the field opposite Wolverley Memorial Hall by the park.
After reporting, staff and volunteers will help assemble participants and guide them safely off the premises.
Please hand all lost property to a member of the KEMP Hospice staff team. If someone claims an item, ask them to describe it before returning it.
Yes please! We need marshals to keep runners safe and cheer them along the route, as well as site helpers to run check-in and memorial hall activities.
