Linden Homes Support KEMP Hospice for Fourth Christmas Tree Collection

18th November 2024

Linden Homes are generously supporting KEMP’s Christmas Tree collection and recycling campaign for the fourth year.

Linden Homes are generously supporting KEMP Hospice for the fourth year at our annual Christmas Tree Collection.

To help with the big Christmas clean up, for every donation made to KEMP Hospice, teams of volunteers will be out and about on Friday 10th & Saturday 11th January 2025 collecting your real Christmas trees, saving the trouble of a trip to the tip and keeping your car needle-free!

Thanks to a generous donation of £2,000 from Linden Homes, and with the help of several local volunteers including local businesses and community supporters, KEMP Hospice will be collecting real Christmas trees across various areas across the Wyre Forest including select postcodes in Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport, and Hagley.

Continued support for KEMP Hospice

Emily Henderson, KEMP Fundraiser said “Linden Homes have been amazing supporters of KEMP Hospice, and we’re thrilled they’ve chosen to support the campaign once again. Our Christmas Tree campaign is always a great opportunity to offer a useful service to the local community, whilst raising vital funds for KEMP Hospice. Every donation goes directly to supporting our hospice charity, and as we never charge for our care, every penny raised will help us continue to provide our specialist care and support services across the Wyre Forest.”

Vistry South West Midlands, who sell under the Linden Homes brand at the Lea Castle development located in Kidderminster, have chosen to sponsor the event for the fourth year in a row in support of the Wyre Forest charity. Kate Smith, Marketing Manager for Vistry South West Midlands commented. “We’re delighted to sponsor KEMP Hospice’s Christmas Tree Collection and Recycling event for the fourth year running! This fantastic initiative not only serves the community but also helps raise vital funds for the hospice. We’re incredibly proud to be part of such a meaningful cause.”

Emily continued “We’re so incredibly grateful for the support of Linden Homes once again, and to all the volunteers who are pitching in to collect the trees. This event wouldn’t be possible without their hard work and dedication, and we’d love to hear from anyone else interested in joining our volunteer team for this event!”
